Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone accessing the Njuru Services. The intent is to keep the marketplace safe for buyers, sellers, and staff.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Services to:
1. Break the law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the other party
2. Sell or list prohibited items (see Seller Policy section 6)
3. Defraud or deceive other users, including misrepresenting yourself, your products, or your credentials
4. Bypass our verification, fraud, or trust systems, including using stolen identity documents, fake addresses, or shell companies
5. Scrape, harvest, or systematically download any portion of the Services without prior written permission
6. Reverse engineer or attempt to disable any security feature
7. Use the Services to develop a competing product or service
8. Send unsolicited marketing to other users
9. Upload malware, phishing payloads, or content that abuses minors
10. Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior (review rings, fake storefronts, bot networks)
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, termination, payout holds, legal referral, or all of the above. We cooperate with law enforcement on credible reports of illegal activity.
