- Is Njuru free to use?
- Yes. Browsing and buying are free, and selling is free too, with no monthly fee and no limit on listings. A Processing and Trust fee applies only when a buyer pays through Njuru checkout.
- How are sellers verified?
- Sellers can complete identity verification, including an in-app camera and liveness check, to earn a badge shown on their profile and listings.
- What can I sell?
- Physical goods, local and professional services, food and farm products, auto, software and digital products, rentals, trade services, and subscriptions.
- How do payments and payouts work?
- Buyers pay securely by card. Sellers receive individual payouts, with weekly automatic payouts and a held balance until a payout method is connected.
- Does Njuru have an app?
- Yes. Njuru is available as a mobile app and as a web app that works on phones, tablets, and desktop.
