Rolls & Digs is intended for use with motor vehicles only on closed-course tracks, sanctioned events, or in jurisdictions where the relevant activity is lawful. The Rolls & Digs app, website, and related services do not authorise, encourage, or condone driving in violation of any traffic law, racing on public roads, or any conduct that endangers life or property. You are solely responsible for the lawful, safe, and proper operation of any vehicle. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Njuru LLC nor Rolls & Digs accepts liability for any damages, injuries, fines, or losses arising from the misuse of the Services, including any use that violates traffic law or terms of any track or event.

The “Ask Bella” assistant produces responses using a large language model. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, even when it sounds confident. Treat any factual claim Bella makes as a starting point, not a verified answer. Do not share confidential or regulated information through the assistant.
